How can I cancel/modify a reservation?

For cancellations or changes you can contact us at info@appartamentisantacroce.it or
call us at +39 333 8235451.

Why is it better to book from our official website than from another online portal (Ex. Booking.com, Expedia)?

By booking directly on our website you will be entitled to more benefits:

  • best price guarantee;
  • check-in from 2:00 pm (instead of 3:00 pm);
  • check-out at 12:00 (instead of 10:00);

What are the terms of payment and cancellation?

Cancellation of the reservation is possible without penalty up to eight days before arrival.

In case of cancellation in the last seven days, the deposit is retained.

In case of a no-show, the facility provides a penalty equal to the cost of the entire reservation.

What are the Check-in and Checkout times?

Check-in 3-6 pm. It is possible to make arrangements
Check-out by 10 a.m.

What is included in the price?

  • Use of the outdoor pool with reserved sunbeds and umbrella
  • Free WiFi in pool area (no in apartments)
  • Barbecue area equipped for outdoor dining

How can I pay at the farmhouse?

Cash, wire transfer or virtual pos

Is consumption included in the price?

Yes, water, gas and electricity consumption are included in the agreed rental price.

Can I bring other outside people into the farmhouse or my apartment?

No, the entrance to the farmhouse is for guests only, registered at check-in.

Is linen provided and included?

Yes, you will find bathroom, bed and kitchen linens included in the apartment.

Is linen change provided?

No, but upon request we can provide linen change (bed and bath) with an extra charge of 12€ per person

Is the cleaning of the apartment provided?

Upon arrival you will find the apartment cleaned and disinfected by our staff with professional detergents. No other cleaning of the apartment is scheduled during your stay. Upon departure, the apartment is to be returned tidy.

Is there a security deposit to be paid?

No, but if the apartment is returned dirty or in poor condition there is an extra charge of 100€.

Are the apartment gardens fenced off if I bring my dog?

No, the gardens of the Colleolivo, Umbriano and Gabbio apartments are bordered only by a hedge.

Swimming pool

It is open from 9 am to 8 pm.
It is 120 cm deep.
The dimensions are 6×12 mt.
Read the pool regulations.

Do I have a reserved umbrella at the pool?

Yes, each apartment has a reserved umbrella.
Also 1 deck chair and 1 lounger for the bilo and 2 deck chairs and 1 lounger for the trilo.

Is the water in the apartment drinkable?

Yes, you can safely drink it comes from the aqueduct.

Barbecue area

The barbecue area has a fireplace and a brick barbecue. It has tables and chairs for outdoor dining under the olive trees.
A portable barbecue is also available, which you can use in your own backyard.

Can you smoke at the farmhouse?

Yes, in the outdoor spaces.
No, inside the apartment.
